Mrinal originally belongs to the fraternity of law and human resources. Her love for languages and passion for teaching led her to work as a full time academician for a decade and more in management institutions of repute in and outside Maharashtra. Her curious and keen observing nature and excellent people skills make her connect to people from all places and their stories and lives. She travels and observes the changing society norms, cultures and moral values and it all is penned through her stories. She presently works as a freelance writer and translator and has translated titles like Sacred Games, The Personal MBA, Secrets of Millionaire Mind in Marathi and a few more in pipeline.

Mrinal also has written columns on topics like personality development, career, moral stories, and her short stories and articles have found place in various news-papers and magazines. She has also done celebrity interviews for magazines and written articles for Diwali Magazines. Mrinal has recently started her career into screenplay writing and is a registered member of Screenwriters Association of India.

Education:

Mrinal has done Masters in Laws and Masters in Personnel Management from University of Pune, now known as Savitribai Phule University, Pune.
Her specializations being corporate and labour laws along with personnel management.

Work Experience:

She started her career with practicing in various courts in Pune and in Kalyani Steels Ltd. as Officer –HR. But, her passion for teaching led her to start visiting management institutions as a visiting faculty and later on she took it as a full time profession in reputed management institutions in Pune like Sinhgad and MITCOE.

After a 12 yr long career as a full time academician, and her last assignment as Head of the Dept. MBA at SiSTEC, Bhopal, she switched to her passion for arts and literature.

Types of Work Done:

Her articles about personality development, career guidance, college life, women, etc. got great response in local dailies like Tarun Bharat and Vruttabharati.
Her short stories have huge fan following on social media and also have found place in various news-papers and various magazines and Diwali issues. Mrinal also regularly writes articles for a few Diwali magazines.
Mrinal has recently published her own short story books titled ‘Tuzi Mazi Gosht’ and ‘Rudraksh va Itar Katha’ in Marathi.
She has also translated best seller titles like ‘The Personal MBA’, ‘Sacred Games’, ‘Secrets of Millionaire Mind’, ’10 Laws of Enduring Success’ and all are received well by the readers.
